Wow, what a day! We’ve been busy getting your favorite Thanksgiving spices and Tur-Duc-Hens ready and politics came knocking on our door. This morning, we’ve been listening to discussion on Twitter (are you following us?) about an advertising spot on the FOX network, specifically during Glenn Beck’s television segment.
First and foremost, Tony Chachere’s is all about making everything you cook taste great. Our company was founded by a passionate Cajun cook, Tony Chachere, who loved life and the folks gathered around his dinner table. We sell spices and delicious food – not politics.
Now here’s the thing, we don’t just advertise on the Fox Channel or Glenn Beck’s show. We advertise on all major networks that broadcast to hungry folks just like you. Our views as a company and the opinions of our employees are not reflected by the shows and networks we advertise on. No politics, just great tasting food.
As a company, we are passionately pro-free speech, as well as pro-food spice. Tony Chachere’s is incredibly proud of our Cajun culture and our Communities both near and far.
In this month of Thanksgiving, we are truly grateful for our hungry fans – regardless of their political views. Our job isn’t to take a political stance, but to spice up your life and give your dinner table a little Cajun kick.
Your feedback is important to us. We love hearing from you and take what you say and how you feel very seriously.
