Recipe: Stuffed Bell Peppers

Summary: Stuffed Bell Peppers made with Tony Chacheres Dirty Rice Mix. Makes a great appetizer

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, brown meat
  2. Prepare Tony Chachere’s Dirty Rice according to package directions 
  3. While Dirty Rice is cooking prepare bell peppers by slicing tops and removing insides
  4. Stuff prepared mix into each pepper
  5. Top with bread crumbs
  6. Place in rectangular baking dish with inch water
  7. Bake in 450F oven until tops are browned about 15 minutes
