Recipe: Creole Grilled Parmesan Corn

Ingredients
- 12 Whole Half Ears of Corn
- 1/4 cup Margarine (Melted)
- 2 tablespoon Parmesan
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 3 teaspoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning
Instructions
- In a soup bowl, stir cheese, parsley, and seasoning into margarine.
- Roll each ear of corn in the mixture to coat.
- Wrap each ear in foil and place on grill about 3 to 4 minutes before other foods are ready.
- Turn once after 2 minutes.
- Remove promptly and leave wrapped until to ready to serve.
