<strong>Serves:</strong> 12</p>
<div><strong>Ingredients:</strong></div>
<div>4 tablespoon Butter<br />
3 tablespoon AllPurpose Flour<br />
1 cup Chopped Onions<br />
1 can Corn (Creamstyle)<br />
1 can Cream of Potato Soup<br />
1 quart Half and Half<br />
1/2 teaspoon Mace<br />
1 pound Lump Crab Meat<br />
1/2 pound Cheese (Swiss)<br />
1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley<br />
1 tablespoon Chopped Green Onion<br />
1 tablespoon Sherry (Dry)<br />
1 tablespoon Tony Chacheres Original Creole Seasoning</div>
<div><strong>Directions:</strong></div>
<p><strong>1</strong>: In a 3 quart pot, melt butter and add flour to make a blond roux.</p>
<p><strong>2</strong>: Saute onions until tender; add corn, soup, Half and Half, mace, and crab meat.</p>
<p><strong>3</strong>: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.</p>
<p><strong>4</strong>: Add cheese, parsley, green onions, and sherry.</p>

<p>Now whether you’re a <a href="http://www.packers.com/" target="_blank">Packers</a>, <a href="http://www.steelers.com/" target="_blank">Steelers</a>… or die-hard <a href="www.neworleanssaints.com/" target="_blank">Saints</a> fan like me, who just wants to put on your Brees jersey and watch a repeat of last year’s game, one thing is for certain: there will be snackage at your Super Bowl party.  In South Louisiana we spend all day cooking a rich meal (we don’t call this gumbo weather for nothin’) while socializing with friends in anticipation of the game.  Understandably, this all-day cooking affair and taunting aroma of <a href="http://shop.tonychachere.com/instant-roux-mix-4-lb-gal-p-21699.html" target="_blank">roux</a> in a pot has kicked your appetite into high gear. <p>By the time most of us got to work at 8 am, we were greeted with the wonderful smell of chicken on the grill. (I bet you wish you had a scratch and sniff monitor right about now!)</p>
